🚨BOOK REVIEW🚨 🎄The 12 Dates Of Christmas🎄 4/5 stars It’s a Christmas book... set in a small English town... with a neighbourhood cafe that all the locals love to inhabit... and one girl is on the hunt for Mr. Right. Sounds just like a Hallmark movie so what’s not to love? Kate Turner feels unlucky with love and decides to sign up for the 12 Dates Of Christmas - much to the entertainment of the entire town who feel very invested in her blossoming love life. As she embarks on the journey to find her one true love, we get to follow all the dates, all the tears, all the drama and all the cakes and pastries that are devoured to help Kate cope. This was a really fun read - it never got boring because there was always a new character coming in and a new date to experience. The only not so great thing is once you find out who she is meant to be with you kind of just want to fast forward to the happy ending. This book is an easy read, quick to get through and very light. It’s not going to change your life, but it will keep you entertained for a few days around the holidays. Another plus is that at the end of the book you’ll find a collection of recipes for the delicious desserts Kate bakes and eats - such a treat! Have you picked this up yet, or are you planning to? Let me know!
