Part #3 of our chat with author Minerva Spencer! LUV: Are you part of an author community? If yes, how did you find it and what makes it valuable to you? Minerva: I used to be part of Romance Writers of America before it kind of imploded. If I hadn’t joined RWA I doubt that I would be a published author today. The chapter contests really helped me become confident in my work and I entered tons of them. I also met a bunch of really supportive, lovely authors at the two conferences I was privileged to attend before I left RWA. I’m still in touch with several of those writers but I’d really love an annual meet up again! #QOTD - Are you attending any conferences this year?
