LUV: How does Totally Entwined stand out in a crowded marketplace? Can you tell us about some of your popular novels? Claire: What makes us stand out is the commitment and loyalty we show to our authors and readers. We like to stay at the forefront in our space, whether that be by keeping a finger on the pulse of what readers want and what authors need, or whether it be by anticipating what comes next in our marketplace. We believe that we have two sets of customers and without either, we don’t have a business. So it’s very important to us to make sure that our readers and authors are happy. Quality plays a big part of our business model and we only publish the best stories from the hundreds of submissions that we receive. With more than 2,500 titles in our back catalogue it would be challenging to talk about any one author or title.
